Apple Valley Creamery is pleased to announce our own line of raw milk cheeses!  We currently have colby, pepper jack, and herbal jack for sale with more varieties on the way in the coming months.

This raw milk cheese is made with 100% Apple Valley Creamery milk from our herd of grass fed, pastured, dairy cows.  Each block is handcrafted by the cheese maker to ensure optimal taste and quality.

The prices listed below are per pound prices.  After we receive your order, we select and weigh out your specific piece of cheese and adjust your bill accordingly.  The cheese is typically in 1/2 lb. blocks, so your actual bill will be about half the amount as the listed per pound pricing.
