You may have recently noticed a new style lid on your glass bottles. The FDA is requiring all creameries to phase out using the old style lid and begin using the new, more tamper-evident lid. However, some of you have mentioned that the new lid is hard to remove. We have been experimenting with solutions to this problem and have been happy with how well this jar popper works at removing the lids.

This raw milk cheese is made with 100% Apple Valley Creamery milk from our herd of grass fed, pastured, dairy cows. Each block is handcrafted by the cheese maker to ensure optimal taste and quality.
The prices listed below are per pound prices. After we receive your order, we select and weigh out your specific piece of cheese and adjust your bill accordingly. The cheese is typically in 1/2 lb. blocks, so your actual bill will be about half the amount as the listed per pound pricing.
